1. Nature of Service

Swwpa™ ("The Service") is a workflow automation tool designed to help users manage their own social media interactions more efficiently. It is a productivity software that runs locally on the user's device.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Swwpa™ is NOT a "growth service", "bot farm", or "engagement marketplace". We DO NOT sell followers, likes, views, or comments. We DO NOT promise or guarantee any specific social media metrics or growth results.

2. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

By using Swwpa™, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the tool. The software automates actions (such as clicking, scrolling, and typing) that you could otherwise perform manually.

You explicitly agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Spamming or harassing other users.
  • Artificially inflating metrics in violation of third-party platform policies.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.

Swwpa™ provides safety features such as time delays and daily limits to encourage responsible use, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance lies with the User.

3. No Affiliation

Swwpa™ is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any of their subsidiaries.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

  • Subscriptions: Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Lifetime Licenses: One-time payment for a perpetual license for the specific version purchased.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via our License Recovery page. Cancellation stops future billing.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since we offer a Free Tier to test the software functionality, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind", but will address technical issues promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swwpa™ is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Instagram) against your account, including temporary blocks, bans, or restrictions. You use this automation software at your own risk.
